Non-Refundable Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $75 or more is required to secure our services for your event. This deposit will be deducted from the total balance.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid at least three days before the scheduled event.
Minimum Hours
A minimum booking of three hours is required for all services.
Payment Methods
We accept payments through the following methods: Zelle, Venmo, credit card (3% processing fee), checks (payable to Fay's Elite Events Cleaning), and cash

Job Duties Discussion
We strongly encourage a detailed discussion of job duties and specific cleaning requirements prior to the event to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Access to Venue
Clients are responsible for providing access to the venue at the scheduled time. Any delays or access issues should be communicated in advance.

In the event of a cancellation, the non-refundable deposit will not be returned.
