Our Sanitizing and Odor Eliminating Services use breakthrough technology. Policies & fees

Estimates are done in person. Quotes are not provided over the phone.

All products and tools are supplied. We do use clients' vacuums for carpeted areas.

Dirty Dishes: $20
-
Automated appointment reminders will be sent at least 24 hours in advance.

Credit cards are required to be on file. Your credit card will not be charged unless we are authorized to do so.

Your service fee will be charged to the card on file if you fail to make your payment.

Existing Customers: Less than 48 hour cancellation notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Returned Check Fee: $35
NEW CUSTOMERS: Non-refundable deposits are required to book an appointment. If you cancel, you forfeit your deposit.
NEW CUSTOMER DEPOSITS: $150-$300 at our discretion

We accept cash, Zelle, credit cards (3% fee), and checks.

Checks accepted at our discretion.

Your service fee will be charged to the card on file if you fail to make your payment.

There is a $20 late charge for every two days that you are late.

If you are paying with cash or check, please leave it at the time of your service in an envelope addressed to Fay's Cleaning Services.
Cancellations and Deposits
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Less than 48 hour notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee (existing customers only).
